DID KIMORA STEAL SOMEONE ELSE'S BODY FOR NEW FRAGRANCE AD?

Side eyes and grunts of disbelief ran rapid at the sight of Kimora Simmons' new Dare Me fragrance ad.  We all KNOW that her body doesn't look like that anymore, never-the-less she and her Photoshop professionals tried us. 

The visionaries over at JEZEBEL came across an old Vogue cover featuring model Daria Werbowy.  The five-year-old cover and Kimora's new ad bear a striking resemblence.  Now, i'm not making any accusations, i'm just askin'...How you dewin' Kimora?

PERSONALLY, I PREFER BRUNETTES CHARLES

It seems like Charles Barkely is always getting pranked when he's trying to get his host on. During the halftime report at the Lakers/Oklahoma City playoff game, Charles and co-hosts Kenny Smith and Ernie Johnson took calls from viewers. Barkley got a bit of a surprise when two girls asked, "What do you like better - brunettes or blondes?"

I usually disagree with Barkley, but over the weekend, blond bombshell AnnaLynne McCord was looking mighty good at Hermosa Beach in California. 

If you can't place her, McCord is known for playing sinister characters on 90210 and the former FX hit Nip/Tuck.

THE DASH DOLLS HEAD TO VEGAS TO COLLECT COINS

It was a procession of sexy as the Kardashian sisters pranced into John Wayne airport in the OC to jet to  Sin City.  The sisters were bound for Wet Republic at the MGM Grand where Kourtney collected coins for hosting a birthday party there.

Young Money champ Drake collected some coins over the weekend by hosting a Red Bull party at the Majestic Theater in St. John's, Canada.

Reality star Whitney Port was spotted having a blast with friends at the Coachella Music and Arts Festival in Indio, CA.

Nick Cannon was spotted at Pier 40 in New York City; he joined Pepsi Co. for a national day of service for Feeding America.

Singer Brandy posed for photogs and greeted fans before entering a VH1 Up Fronts event.  I like this wig on her.

I wasn't a fan of this track upon first listen, but it's grown on me.  Plus, this video is just plain sexy.  CC hands down is the best mover in the game.

KELLY ROWLAND COMMANDS THE STAGE AT SUPAFEST

Singer Kelly Rowland showed off a stage presence like she's never given before as she closed Supafest at Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia. I think Kelly has really found herself after switching management and finding a new label.  The first single off her highly anticipated third album is called "Commander,"  and is set to drop this summer. 

Supafest is a week-long Austrailian tour with the headlining acts Akon, Kelly, Jay Sean, Sean Paul, Pitbull and Eve.

Musician Corinne Bailey Rae showed off her trendy side on the grounds of the Coachella Music & Arts Festival during day two.  

Later that evening, Bailey took to the stage to perform singles from her sophomore release, The Sea, which is in stores now.  She's such a cutie.

SOLANGE, BEYONCE, & JAY-Z MAKE A WEEKEND OF THE COACHELLA FESTIVAL

The Knowles sisters may be like day and night, but one thing they have in common is their love for music.  Both Solange and Beyonce, along with Jay-Z, were spotted  both in the audience and on stage this weekend at the Coachella Music & Arts Festival held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

...Beyonce carried around a pretty impressive camera to document day two.  

On Friday, B hit the stage with her hubby for a surprise performance of "Young Forever."  Before she went on, she celebrated on the side of the stage sipping on an energy drink while Solange sipped on a beer.

Kendra Wilkinson and husband Hank Baskett looked super comfy climbing out of the back seat of a SUV as they arrived at E! Studios. The married couple held hands as they walked into a meeting.

CAN CIARA 'RIDE' HER WAY BACK TO THE TOP OF THE CHARTS?

Earlier in the week, the lead single "Ride" taken form Ciara's fourth studio album, Basic Instinct, debuted following leaked photos from the video set.  The track features CC's go-to rapper, Ludacris, and is produced by  Tricky Stewart and co-written by The Dream.  

Honestly, i think "Ride" is a solid cut, but i don't feel like it's first single material (sounds like a buzz track to me).  Ciara has proved in the past that she can lead into an album with a mid-tempo, but "Ride" lacks the energy and groove that was all over "Promise."  It needs a Red Bull.  Tell me what you think in the poll below:

Rihanna has recruited Travis Barker for her "Rock Star 101" video, and the drum master took some time out to give RiRi some lessons to take on the road for her upcoming tour.  She's not so bad...

KIM ZOLCIAK SPOTTED IN LOS ANGELES

Wearing no bra and the latest prototype from her wig line, Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kim Zolciak, was spotted out-and-about in Los Angeles over the weekend.  

The paps first caught up with the "Tardy for the Party" singer leaving Katsuya, and then posted up on a wall outside of Playhouse nightclub.  RHOA has been picked up fora third season , but there is no official word on who the final cast will be.

BRANDY EXPLAINS WHY DAUGHTER, SY'RAI, WON'T APPEAR ON VH1 REALITY SHOW

Tonight, the new VH1 reality series, Brandy and Ray-J: A Family Business, premieres on VH1, but don't expect to see  much of Brandy's seven year old daughter, Sy'Rai, on the show.  In a recent interview with OMG, B-Rocka explained, 

It was a conscious decision. I want my daughter to have a normal life as much as she possibly can, and I think that putting her on a television show every week, it just wasn't the right time for her.

She has a lot of personality, and it would have been great for people to see our interaction as mother and daughter -- we have a beautiful relationship. That's the only thing I'm kind of bummed about, but I just want her to continue to have her privacy and her normal life.

It was a tough decision, her dad [music producer Robert Smith, whom Brandy separated from in 2003] and I kept going back and forth, but ultimately we both decided it was best for her stay as a normal 7-year-old. 

Well, i for one, am excited to see this show.  I'm a big Brandy fan (i think she's the greatest vocalist of my generation, get into her adlibs folks!), and i've grown to like Ray-J.  I think Brandy made a good decision to shelter Sy'Rai and keep her off the show.  After all, this "reality show" is more of a career move than a personal invitation into the world of the Norwoods.

Solange Paiget Knowles (blame Tina) and her cool kid, Julez, were spotted doing some shopping at The Grove in Los Angeles earlier in the week. Solo is currently hard at work on her third studio album which i can't wait to get my hands on. The indie rock that she's began to infuse into her sound gives me a special feeling.  

Elsewhere in Cali, Diana Ross's spawns, Tracee & Evan, hit up the launch party and fashion show for designer Chris Aire's "Hollywood Glamour" collection at the Beverly Hills Hotel:

ENDING ON AN UGLY NOTE

Ugly Betty star America Ferrera was spotted leaving BBC Radio One studios in London after stopping by for a chat with DJ Fearne Cotton. Ferrera is in the UK shooting the final scenes for the popular New York-based TV show. The Ugly Betty series finale airs next Wednesday on ABC.  

KELIS PERFORMS NEW SINGLE

Yesterday, Kelis took the stage at Jimmy Kimmel Live to perform her #1 Billboard Dance hit "Acapella."  Draped in the finest tribal headdress + fringe (i'm not making this up) the singer put in a solid performance minus the bad note she hit to end the song.

ANOTHER DISNEY STAR GOES WILD

I don't know what they're doing to these kids over at Disney, but i don't want none of it!  Not to be outdone by fellow Cheetah girl and former 3LW group-mate, Adriene Bailon, whose nude photos "leaked" on the internet, Kiely Williams has just released a video for her buzz single "Spectacular." ...Can you taste the irony and cheap production?  

DIDDY'S GIRLS, CASSIE & AUBREY O'DAY, SPOTTED AT KATSUYA

Both Aubrey O'Day and Cassie have been romantically linked to industry mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs, and both were spotted leaving hot LA restaurant Katsuya over the weekend.  

O'Day was rocking a gold necklace saying "Miss March" (back in 09 she posed for the March issue of Playboy), and Cassie was rocking an interesting fur vest.  Both ladies are still working on new music* that i'm starting to believe will never see the light of day.  It's Bad Boy bitch!

SERENA WILLIAMS MAKES A TOUCH DOWN ON MIAMI BEACH

Paparazzi recently caught up with injured tennis champ Serena Williams having fun with friends at Miami Beach.   She rocked a green bikini and a single lace glove while playing a pickup game of football. Williams is currently off the WTA tour nursing a knee injury, but is still the #1 player on the tour.

...i see why Common stays in the gym.  With back like this, strength is mandatory.

QUICK CANDIDS: TIA & TAMERA MOWRY, CHRIS BROWN, JENNIFER HUDSON, TYGA (YOUNG MONEY)

My favorite twins (since Mary-Kate is no longer crack-head game proper), Tia & Tamera Mowry, were spotted leaving Toast bakery in LA.  These two have been out -and-about more than ever here lately.  I'm not complaining.

Jennifer Hudson was looking rather slimmed down upon arrival for an appearance on "Good Morning America". J-Hud has achieved her new body after becoming the spokesperson in a national campaign for Weight Watchers. 

 

Chris Brown wore his support for the Lakers to their game against the Utah Jazz over the weekend.  He was spotted trailing behind his bodyguard after the game was over.  Young Money artist, Tyga, was also seen leaving at the same time as Breezy.
