Lil' Wayne finally began serving his time at New York's Rikers Island Prison on Monday, March 8th, and officials at the institution have banned Wayne from signing autographs for other inmates.
According to TMZ, a representative for the Correction Officer's Benevolent Association revealed that the no autograph decision was made because "Lil Wayne is not a celebrity in here."

Also, Wayne will not receive protective custody, per his choice to not make a request. We'll see how Wayne's year-long prison sentence plays out; something is telling me that it won't pass by as quietly as T.I.'s did.
