Beautiful singers Kelly Rowland and Keri Hilson were both in Glasgow, Scotland for the MOBO Awards last night.  Miss Keri Baby served as co-host for the show, and Kelly Rowland performed her international hit, "When Love Takes Over," alongside DJ David Guetta whom she is pictured with below:

   

The night wasn't free of drama for Kelly. Before clips could hit, the net Kelly used her TWITTER to caution fans that her sound was messed up during her performance, but that she was able to get through it.

Rihanna is across the pond enjoying Europe. The singer was seen at Tegel Airport in Berlin, Germany, where she departed for Paris, France.  Paris fashion week starts today, and i'm sure we'll see Ri Ri front row and center.

Mariah Carey's latest studio album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, is in stores TODAY, and also available in digital format for only $5.99 at Amazon (today only). Producer, The Dream, is a big contributor to this album and his demo of  "H.A.T.E.U." hit the net a few months ago.

After taking a listen to Mariah's final version of the song, i believe that Dream's version is better, but that could just be because i relate better to the male version of the track.  Take a listen and cast your vote; who's version of "H.A.T.E.U." is better?

CIARA HARD AT WORK ON FOURTH ALBUM

 
Ciara's Fantasy Ride is over, but she hasn't been all over the West Coast for no reason.  In an exclusive interview with RAP-UP, hot producer Christopher “Tricky” Stewart revealed that he and The Dream are producing Ciara's entire fourth album, and that the LP may be ready for release before the end of '09.  

 

Stewart broke the news to Rap-Up.com in an exclusive interview. “We’re doing the whole project,” he reveals. “We’re pretty good into it at this point. We’re about 14 songs deep right now.”

The 23-year-old ATLien relocated to the West Coast to work on the album with Tricky and Dream, who crafted “High Price” and “Like a Surgeon” off this year’s Fantasy Ride. “She came out to L.A. to work with us. We’re out here making this record ’cause it feels good and the vibe is good,” says the Grammy-winning producer.


The hitmaker even shared a couple song titles with Rap-Up.com. “I love ‘Speechless.’ I love this record called ‘Gifted.’ Those are two of my favorites. ‘Speechless’ is the record with her and Dream together.”


While there’s still the possibility of a release by the end of the year, it’s looking like 2010 will mark Super C’s return. “It’s a little up in the air, but there’s a chance that it might come this year. Kim was spotted  in West Hollywood Saturday morning getting a smoothie and having some alone time before picking up Khloe's wedding and bridal party dresses designed by Vera Wang.  It was recently revealed that Season 4 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians starts in December on E!

It's rare that we see celebs doing manual labor (sorry Chris Brown), but the paps caught Lala Vazquez cleaning her pink Range Rover at a $2 Splash-N-Dash in California over the weekend.

After she was done, she playfully poured water on herself to take full advantage of her paparazzi moment.  I like Lala because i have seen her go from being a DJ on a BET game show, to a VJ on MTV's TRL, reality show reunion host, and now a proud mother, film producer, and blogger.

My favorite international hot mess, Amy Winehouse, was recently spotted with combed hair and clean ballet flats (HOW BOUT A ROUND OF APPLAUSE?), but that's not the focus of today's story.

My-My(you will refer to her as this on MY SITE, lol) was booed up with her ex-boyfriend, Tyler James, leaving dinner at London's Livebait Restaurant and walking to club Jazz After Dark.  Amy divorced her [jail-bait husband] earlier in the summer, and seems to be in better health since it was finalized.

Plastic surgery, don't bother me.  No, seriously.  I was recently sent a tip that Lark Voorhies, best known as Lisa Turtle from Saved by the Bell, may soon be portraying Whitney Houston for a biopic about the singer’s life.

I COULD understand Lark for this part, because when she was younger, she looked like Whitney. However, the last time we saw her, Lark did not look like the Lisa Turtle we all know and love:

Either way, the biopic is said to be directed by Clive Davis and could revive Voorhies' career if she is indeed cast as Nippy Whitney Houston. 69% of voting Predicto members (the largest paid mobile community) believe that Voorhies will be cast, what do you think?

DO-IT-YOURSELF BUTT INJECTIONS NEARLY KILL TWO WOMEN

The 90s were all about the breast implant, but now the butt is receiving the same (if not more) cosmetic attention.  Celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce, Shakira, Kim Kardashian, and Serena Williams have made it appealing to have both a fuller figure and voluptuous derriere.

However, like most plastic surgery, a butt augmentation is not cheap and can cost anywhere between [$3,000 and $10,000].  The cheaper alternative is hydrogel butt injections (usually done illegally in hotel rooms or private home visits) that are supposed to be instant and scarless.  Take a look at what can end up happening when this illegal route to a bigger backside is taken:

Vanity truly kills.  It is a shame that people are willing to put their lives in the hands of non-professionals to achieve an aesthetic that is pervasive in popular culture.

AMBER ROSE LANDS FRAGRANCE CONTRACT

When it was first announced that Amber Rose signed with FORD models, I bet you expected her to be doing spreads in Smooth and hitting the cat walk for Rip the Runway.

However, Kanye's boo is not only featured in the October '09 issue of Elle, but was recently unveiled as the face of 'Boadicea The Victorious' the new fragrance by British hair stylist Michael Boadi (most famous fan of Boadi's fragrances: [Michelle Obama]). 

 

Amber looks amazing in the promotional shot, and i can not wait to see her land more model work.

Michelle Williams is still in London, and was spotted outside the Somerset House before attending a fashion show.  She recently shot a haute fashion spread for [RANDOM! MAGAZINE].

Saturday night, Little Miss Sunshine partied it up at the 40/40 Club in NYC. I'm proud of Rihanna for singing live and holding her own during the recent "Run This Town" performances.

Beyonce is back on tour internationally, and was spotted ducking out the back door of Ice Burgs restaurant in Sydney, Australia.

 

Dancing With the Stars doesn't start until Monday, September 21 but is already giving Mya relevancy.  The singer hit up Robertson Boulevard to get her shop on at Paige Premium Denim.

Thus far, Calvin Klein's Spring 2010 fashion show (on West 39th Street) featured the chicest front row.  Actresses Eva Mendes, Kerry Washington, Rose Byrne, Thandie Newton, and Molly Sims gave us the great visuals that fashion week is all about.  

   

Not one negative word to say about any of these ladies.  When i think fashion week...THIS is the picture that comes to mind.

Thanks to personal stylists and designer dress assignments it is rare that celebrities show up to a major event in the same garment. However, singers Shakira and Pink arrived to the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards this past Sunday in the same studded leather Balmain dress.

Video Vixen [Actress?] Melyssa Ford decided to make a statement by rocking her natural hair to the screening of Chris Rock's Good Hair during the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival. The docu-comedy focusing on African-Americans and their opinions and beliefs about "good hair" hits theaters October 9th.

Kelly Rowland and Kim Kardashian were chatty, but stunning in black at Jill Stuart's Spring 2010 fashion show held at The New York Public Library.  

  

After hosting Bravo's The Fashion Show, Kelly looks right at home during fashion week, and was [spotted] catching up with Fern Mallis (the creator of NY Fashion Week).  Kim will appear as a guest judge on an upcoming episode of America's Next Top Model, but why (ratings?), I do not know.
