Today, Kanye blogged about the leaked version of his new video "Paranoid" featuring Rihanna. Apparently, the version that we've all seen is not the final product. Here's what Ye says about the leak:

"IT HURTS ME TO SEE THE OLD AND VERY WRONG VERSION OF THE PARANOID VIDEO GET LEAKED ALL OVER THE NET WHILE I WAS ON AN 11 HR FLIGHT AND COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IT'S JUST FRUSTRATING WHEN THIS STUFF HAPPENS BECAUSE I REALLY CARE ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND SINCE VIDEOS NEVER GET PLAYED ANY WAY YOU MIGHT AS WELL TWEAK THEM AND MAKE THEM AS SPECIAL AS POSSIBLE. From the looks of things, the guys he called out are out of his league. Looks like he needs to be challenging Ciara, Beyonce, & Shakira. This is too funny, hump-day humor indeed.

MUSIC NEWS|→ CIARA & JAY-Z PLAN SUMMER TOUR + MAXWELL BACK ON THE BILLBOARD CHARTS AFTER SIX YEAR HIATUS

I hit up Billboard.com today, and found all types of interesting music news. First up, Ciara and Jay-Z are planning to tour together this summer:

"I will say it because the information has been leaked. Me and Jay-Z will be doing a 10-city tour run together! More details coming soon! [sic]" Ciara revealed on Twitter Monday night.

...a few dates and venues have already been revealed, including stops July 3 and 4 at The Pearl at The Palms in Las Vegas, July 10 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut, and July 12 in Atlanta.

Before the Jay-Z tour, Ciara will support Britney Spears on the European leg of the "Circus" tour in June.

...this should be an interesting combination. Jay-Z seems to always tour with a hot R&B songstress (he and Mary J toured together last year).

In other news, Maxwell makes his return to the Billboard charts this week via the amazing single "Pretty Wings."

Maxwell visits Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs for the first time since July 6, 2002. The single "Pretty Wings" takes flight at No. 22, marking the chart's highest debut this year.

The new title also returns Maxwell to the Billboard Hot 100, where it debuts at No. 89, for the first time since June 29, 2002.

"Pretty Wings" previews Maxwell's first album in eight years, "BLACKsummers'night," due July 7.
