Actress Zoe Saldana was spotted in Seoul, South Korea at a convention for her new movie Star Treck: The Beginning. In the film Saldana plays Lieutenant Uhura, the Enterprise's only female (and African-American) crew member.

Today the police photo of Rihanna's injuries was leaked to TMZ, and to say that it is horrific is an understatement. Chris Brown was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats, released on $50,000 bond, and given a March 5th court date. I'm completely at a loss for words on this one.

In other news, Anthony Geisler, President of LA Boxing, has both challenged Chris Brown to a boxing match (like he'd show), and started up a "I Want to Fight Chris Brown" Facebook group providing an open forum for people to express their anger toward the singer.

Then, on Valentine's Day, thousands of Rihanna supporters in NY and Long Island hosted a a “Shred Your Ex” party in which they shredded hundreds of Chris Brown CDs and posters (MILLI VANILLI ANYONE?). Chris Brown is public enemy number one right now, and i hope he is prepared to deal with the backlash that will be caused by alleged actions.

Yesterday Bionic B was photographed on Malibu beach filming a new video; (no word yet on what single she was shooting a video for):

I'm glad she's getting ready to turn out some new singles. "Diva" is climbing up the Hot 100, and is #1 on this week's Hip-Hop/R&B tracks chart, but "Halo" is stalling at #49 on this week's charts.

Kim's plastic surgery doesn't look too bad in these photos, so maybe it is just the makeup that throws off her look at times. Either way, Dancing with the Stars premieres with a two-hour performance show on Monday, March 9 at 8pm on ABC.

NEWS| CHRIS BROWN ISSUES OFFICIAL STATEMENT ABOUT ABUSE ALLEGATIONS

I have not touched on this Chris Brown/Rihanna story yet because nothing official had been put out there by either artist until today. Chris's PR representative, Sitrick and Company (who specializes in crisis management) issued this official statement from Brown today:

"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person. Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong. While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. Those posts or writings under my name are frauds."[source]

...clearly he acted violently toward Rihanna, but the reasons for the assault are still unknown. As more OFFICIAL details leak, i will be sure to keep you guys posted.
