TMZ has obtained the official court documents approving John Branca and John McClain as the executors of the Michael Jackson Family Trust, the estate that controls Michael's assets. John Branca is Jackson's former attorney whom he fired back in 2003, and John McClain is an executive at Interscope Records who was close to Michael.
Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for both Branca and McClain, revealed to TMZ that his clients "will continue carrying out Michael's wishes for the benefit of his mother, his children and charities." Katherine Jackson stands to receive "40%, and the children "Blanket", Paris, and Prince Michael Jr. will receive 40%, 10% will go to charity."
