Lady Gaga was spotted heading into the national human rights campaign dinner at the Washington Convention Center on Saturday, October 10th.
Gaga blew a kiss to the audience after she gave a performance. Before she went on, President Obama gave an address and even joked about being her opening act. The activists at the dinner were calling for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights.
