Ne-yo and his current boo (anyone know her name?) are trying their best to get their Kanye & Amber on during this year's Cannes Film Festival. And no, his new boo isn't the officer with the chin vomit above, i just find this pic comical:
...for some reason she reminds me of Tiny (T.I.'s baby mama), i bet she runs things in this situation.
