Last Wednesday (April 22nd) black folks and fried chicken lovers the world over swarmed their local Popeyes franchise to take advantage of the 8 piece $4.99 deal. [I personally know, because i was at mine that day!]Anyways, the ONLY Popeyes franchise in Minnesota refused to honor the nationally advertised special, and you know some sh!t popped off.
